- Bookings are time specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time on the correct date.
- Please be punctual at the requested time, to avoid delays in the start of the treatment, if you ‘re late to it ( over 10 minutes), I will need to take time on the duration and the selected Treatment will be charged completely.
- It will be necessary to specify the treatment or treatments selected in advance.
- If you need a last minute service, contact me directly by email at email@example.com or dial +34 685 866 468, from 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m.
- Clients’ information required to book a treatment with Cristinas Mobile Beauty (name, email address, contact telephone number, etc.) is protected and strictly private, to be used only as necessary information in order to provide the correct service. It will not be shared with outside parties, made public by any means, or used in any way not originally intended.
- Our minimum call-out fee is €40 or €60 depending on your area, and 30% deposit must be paid upfront via PayPal or bank transfer.
- Entering preferred times does not guarantee being able to book at that time, I will contact you to arrange the exact time and place of your appointment.
Should You Need To Cancel A Confirmed Booking The Following Policy Applies:
- You can cancel the booking by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- More than 3 days notice: Option to request a refund (minus all credit card or PayPal transaction fees).
- Less than 12 hours: No refund of the deposit.
Should We Need To Cancel Due To Other Unforeseen Circumstances The Following Applies:
- You will have an option to reschedule the treatment date or we will refund your payment.
- In case of refund, our policy is to refund only the payment made for the booking. We cannot be held responsible for any costs that may be incurred on your part.
